On July 29, 2018 at about 10:32 a.m.
Officers responded to the 900 block of Palisades Beach Road regarding a residential burglary in progress. The residents arrived home and located a subject in their home. The subject was told not to leave until police arrival. Officers arrived and located the subject walking along the side of the residence. Officers learned the residence is under construction and the male subject was seen entering the residence without consent or permission. The residents confronted the subject and told him to wait for the police to arrive. The subject complied. Miguel Angel Sanchez Leon, 42, homeless was arrested for burglary. Bail was set at $50,000.
