On July 22, 2108 at about 1:07 a.m.
While patrolling the 1400 block of 4th Street, a female flagged down an officer. The female told the officer she saw a male on the sidewalk at the 1500 4th Street exposing his genitals and manipulating his genitals. The female stated she wanted the subject arrested for the incident. An officer located the subject on the sidewalk and took him into custody. The subject was transported to SMPD Jail. Junaid Mirza Baig, 26, from Chicago, was arrested for indecent exposure. Bail was set at $10,000.
