Beer: In celebration of National Milkshake Month, restaurant chain Johnny Rockets partnered with Santa Monica Brew Works to create two milkshake-inspired limited batch beers: a strawberry milkshake porter and a chocolate peanut butter milkshake porter. Brew Works has a history of working with other businesses to create custom beers, including the SMDP’s anniversary brew last year. The new milkshake flavors launched Monday at the brewery. The beers are now available for purchase on draft and in to-go cans.
