Officers responded to an assault with a deadly weapon call on the 1600 block of the beach at 7:40 a.m.
The incident involved three subjects fighting, one female and two males. Officers responded to the area and located the subjects involved in the incident. During the altercation, a bottle and stick were used by the primary aggressors - a male and female suspect. The suspects were taken into custody for an assault with a deadly weapon. The victim was transported to a local hospital in stable condition with head trauma for treatment.
Tiahna Aysha Leehale, 43, homeless, was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon. Hakeem Yasir Ali, 25, homeless was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon.
