Santa Monica High School's Jordan Mathews goes up for a lay-up against Beverly HIlls on Friday. Mathews led all players with 37 points in the 67-49 victory. Samohi is 4-4 in Ocean League play. They control their playoff destiny if they can end the season with two wins.
