Residocracy needs to be called out for what it is: a scam! Armen Melkonians is a mega-mansion developer, and Kate Bransfield is a realtor who sells mega-mansions! How ironic that they would want to suppress the production of new housing.
Where is SMRR in all of this? The once-great organization that saved a generation from excessive housing costs is now failing to protect the next generation.
I know that there are good people in both of these groups who care about our community ... but beware of fearmongers, like Armen and Kate, and their motives.
