Expo Light Rail Line
Note the following activities:
1. Intersection closures: 11th Street will be closed to northbound and southbound traffic at Colorado Avenue from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m., Dec. 2-8. Work will continue 24 hours per day for seven days to install train tracks.
2. Colorado Avenue between Fifth and 17th streets: Expect westbound and eastbound lane closures during daytime hours. Expect reduction of travel lanes during the non-peak daytime hour at Fifth, Sixth, and Seventh streets at Colorado. Alleys on the north side of Colorado between Sixth and 17th streets will have limited access. Sidewalk closures on north or south side of Colorado between Fourth and 10th streets.
3. Colorado Avenue between Main Street and Lincoln Boulevard: Expect lane closures during night time hours, 9 p.m.-8 a.m. (Tuesday to Thursday) on Colorado, Fourth Street and Lincoln Boulevard.
4. Olympic Boulevard between 20th Street and Centinela Avenue: Eastbound and westbound lane closures during non-peak hours of 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Santa Monica Pier Renewal
Construction will continue and is estimated to conclude in spring 2014. The pier and its businesses will remain open during construction. Contact Curtis Castle, civil engineer, at (310) 458-8721 if you have any questions.
Annual Street Resurfacing
The contractor will be striping various streets north of Montana Avenue and east of 17th Street. There will be minimal impact to traffic. For more information, contact Hany Demitri, City of Santa Monica Civil Engineering Division at (310) 458-8721, ext. 5385.
Advanced Traffic Management Systems Project
The contractor will be making concrete sidewalk restoration and clean-up along Ocean Park Boulevard, Neilson Way and Main Street. There should be minimal impact to traffic. For more information contact Hany Demitri, City of Santa Monica Civil Engineering Division at (310) 458-8721, 5385.
Parking Structure No. 6
There will be periodic sidewalk closures and one northbound lane closure on Second Street between Broadway and Santa Monica Boulevard during daytime hours through Nov. 16. In addition, one northbound and one southbound lane of Second Street between Broadway and Santa Monica Boulevard will be closed to vehicular traffic during the evenings of Nov. 12-13 from 10 p.m. until 6 a.m. for water line construction activity. A minimum of one traffic lane will be open in each direction at all times. Temporary traffic control signs and barricades will be deployed to guide vehicular and pedestrian traffic in and around the work areas. Materials delivery work will take place in the alley behind the parking structure (Second Court), with partial alley closures taking place through Nov. 16. All work will take place Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m.-5 p.m.
Wastewater Main Improvements Citywide
The contractor will continue with the installation of a new sewer main along 32nd Street between Pico and Ocean Park boulevards. This work will take place between the hours of 8 a.m.-6 p.m. 32nd Street will be closed to through traffic. Use alternate route whenever possible. City Water Line
City water construction crews will be working at the southwest corner of Main Street and Olympic Drive to install a water service. Southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane around the construction zone from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Work will be completed on Wednesday.
