Homeless Liaison Officers observe a subject blocking the front doors to the Public Safety Facility. The individual refused to leave and refused to comply with officers orders. He was arrested for a municipal code and during a search of his person was found to have a debit card of another person. His parole agent was notified and violated his parole. Tashawn Tihe Sanders, 39, homeless, was arrested for camping in public, appropriation of lost property and a parole violation. He was denied bail.
