Caltrans is closing all lanes of Interstate 10 westbound from the Fourth and Fifth streets off-ramp to the McClure Tunnel on Thursday, Jan. 30, from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. for guardrail repair.
Caltrans reminds all motorists to "slow for the cone zone" and "move over."
