EXCELLENT Father’s Day article in [Tuesday’s] SMDP. Everything you wrote is spot on! In fact, I’m adding a clipping to go inside my dad’s card this Sunday. I just turned 52 and my daddy is the most important man in my life. He taught me everything while growing up from working on cars, fishing, camping, morality, integrity, and hard work! I thank God every morning for one more day with Mom and Dad.
Your article stood out because there has been a trend in our culture to demean men and their role in society. Strong men and fathers are ESSENTIAL for the future development of this country. Thank you for stating it so eloquently. And hip hip hurray to all the Dads!!!
