Officers responded to a residence on the 100 block of Hollister after the reporting party contacted Dispatch relaying that she received a Ring camera notification about movement in her yard. The reporting party noticed the subject walking around her property and tampering with packages. Upon arrival, officers conducted a sweep of the residence and located the subject inside, wearing items from the packages he had taken. The subject had broken a window to gain entry. The subject, Samuel Peter Kaye-Rau was arrested for Burglary.
