Traffic is was slow in Downtown Santa Monica on march 28 due to a downed streetlight.
A car struck the pole at about 9 a.m. Monday morning, sending the light into 4th St. just outside the Sear’s parking lot, near the intersection of 4th and Colorado. Only one lane of Southbound 4th Street was open while crews work to repair the damage.
