On September 23, at approximately 11:50 p.m.
An officer responded to OPCC on the 500 block of Olympic Boulevard regarding a disturbance of the peace radio call. Upon arrival, staff from the community center stated that a female, later identified as Alejandra Everett, 52, of Santa Monica, was threatening another client, and he wanted her removed. According to staff, Everett had been constantly harassing and threatening several of their staff and clients. On this particular night, Everett came up to the victim and threatened to beat him up; this made him fear for his safety and life. The victim told the officer that he believed that she would follow through with her threats and get someone to hurt him. Everett was arrested for disturbance of the peace. Bail was set at $500.
