Incident of the day
On Jan.23 at approximately 11 p.m., officers were dispatched to an eatery in the 1300 block of Third Street regarding a disturbance.
Upon arrival, officers were advised by an employee that the suspect, Fonzay Knight, 36 of Los Angeles, refused to pay his bill and threatened to physically harm an employee.
Officers placed Knight under arrest for defrauding an innkeeper. Bail was set at $500.
