
PUBLIC SAFETY FACILITY — Santa Monica police are asking for the public's assistance to locate a suspected peeper.
Officers say the man was seen peering into a female's bedroom window near the intersection of Colorado Avenue and Centinela Avenue on three separate occasions between Nov. 23 and Nov. 30.
The man allegedly used a stepping device in order to reach the window each time, police said. Each incident took place between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m., according to a news release from the Santa Monica Police Department.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 30 to 35 years old and 6 feet tall. He has short dark hair, dark eyes, a medium complexion and a full dark mustache, according to police. A witness reported seeing the man wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, dark pants and dark boots.
