On February 10, 2019 at about 7:30 p.m.
Officers responded to a radio call for service at 1626 Wilshire Blvd -W.I Simonson Mercedes Benz dealership- regarding a subject sleeping in various vehicles and refusing to leave the business. Officers spoke with staff at the dealership and learned the subject had been in the dealership showroom for some time and had been sleeping in several cars. After several hours, staff told the subject he needed to leave the property. The subject refused to the leave. The dealership was desirous of prosecution. Officers found the subject in a locked bathroom refusing to exit. Officers opened the restroom door and placed the subject under arrest.
Fei Qin, 35, from Tuscon, AZ was issued a citation for trespassing with the intent to interfere with a business.
