The latest election results from the lone disputed Santa Monica City Council seat reveal that challenger Ted Winterer has gained on incumbent Bob Holbrook, L.A. County election tallies show on late Friday afternoon.
Holbrook’s 61 vote lead as of Tuesday has been whittled down to just 43. Results are not final as the county is still processing a number of mail-in ballots.
