On December 15, 2022
a Community Services Officer (CSO) responded to the 1400 block of 10th Street for a burglary report. The reporting party stated her bicycle was stolen from her secured subterranean parking garage. Camera evidence from the incident was provided to SMPD. On January 20, 2023, Devin Odman, 28 years old, was arrested for burglary. Bail was set at $51,000.
