On August 8 at 3 p.m.
SMPD officers were dispatched to the 2800 block of Exposition for a report of a prowler. Dispatchers gathered information from the reporting party that a female in a rainbow tie-dyed dress was found in their living room watching television. Officers located the suspect, later identified as Lidia Vizcarra, a 28 year old female from North Hollywood, near Ishihara Park with a pair of sunglasses and vehicle keys removed from the victim's home.
Officers determined Vizcarra entered the apartment through a window. She was booked at the Santa Monica Jail for burglary.
