On September 7 at approximately 4:31 p.m.
Officers were dispatched to a radio call of an intoxicated subject refusing to pay for over $230 worth of drinks from a local restaurant. After further investigation it was discovered that the suspect was in possession of a stolen credit card. Jamal White was booked for 69PC after resisting arrest, 530.5PC (identity theft), 537(a) (defrauding an innkeeper) and 647f (public intoxication). The suspect is being held on $25,000 bail with an upcoming court date.
