The Americans with Disabilities Act ensures everyone can enjoy equal access to employment, patronize businesses, and enjoy public facilities regardless of their physical or medical status. Unfortunately, bad actors can target well-meaning businesses with frivolous lawsuits under the ADA that can cost your business thousands of dollars in settlements, legal fees, and lost time and productivity.
