On August 13 at 4:45 p.m.
On August 13 at approximately 4:45 p.m., officers responded to the 300 block of Euclid regarding suspicious circumstances. Upon arrival, officers learned that a suspect later identified as Ramiro Martinez was seen entering a property through the alley. Witnesses reported seeing the suspect attempting to open multiple gates in the alley at the rear of the property, but had since lost sight of him. While interviewing the property owners, officers witnessed the suspect exiting through a 2nd story window at the rear of the property. A foot pursuit ensued and the suspect was apprehended one block away. Martinez was in possession of multiple items not belonging to him including a wallet, credit cards and an iPhone.
