On Saturday, May 7 at approximately 10:45 p.m.
Officers responded to Red O Restaurant near the 1500 block of Ocean Avenue regarding a customer at a table refusing to leave. The individual stated she was unable to pay her $63.95 bill. The restaurant was desirous of prosecution and the individual was booked into the Santa Monica Jail before being released with a citation.
