Sunday, April 10 at 2:45 p.m.
Officers responded to Parking Structure 10 on the 1100 block of 3rd St. regarding a suspicious person. The reporting party witnessed a subject drop a knife at the entrance of the parking structure and proceed to sit nearby. Upon arrival, officers noticed the individual look into a car’s passenger seat and sit back down. Officers approached the vehicle and were told that the subject had attempted to get them to open their door. A search of the subject found methamphetamine and a bulbous glass pipe, along with brass knuckles. Ultimately, Victor Rogelio Flores was arrested for possession of brass knuckles, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia.
