Officers responded to the 2400 block of Main street regarding a battery. Upon arrival, Officers noticed security had a subject detained. Security stated that the subject was sitting on a bench on the property and when asked to leave became combative. A scuffle ensued between security and the subject causing, security to pepper spray the subject. The subject then attempted to take the security guard’s taser leading to the guard ultimately tasing the subject. Officers transported Todd Richard Honig to the hospital to treat his injuries and ultimately issued him a citation for battery.
