This week we asked our readers how they felt about the return of indoor dining and what they knew about the County’s required protocols. Almost three-quarters of respondents said they did not plan on participating in indoor dining this month.
The perception of safety is quite polarized with the majority of people feeling either completely comfortable dining indoors or not comfortable at all.
When it comes to knowledge of County protocols for dining indoors, readers were fairly confused. Most people correctly said that indoor dining is limited to members of the same household and up to six people per table. However, between 52 percent and 75 percent of readers incorrectly thought that the three other statements were official County rules.
