On Oct. 17, 2019 at 4:48 p.m., officers responded to the area of 1600 Ocean Front Walk because a male transient threw a bottle at a young girl, striking her in the head. Witnesses surrounded the suspect but he was still able to leave the area. Responding officers located the suspect, who resisted arrest while being taken into custody.
Marco Antonio Carmona, 43, was booked for assault and resisting arrest. His bail was set at $30,000.
