On October 10 at 11 a.m.
Officers were called to the Santa Monica Library because a woman was dancing topless in the rear parking lot of the Library. The subject was known to library staff for causing disruptions and recently served with a suspension notice and not allowed to be on the library grounds. When staff found her in the rear parking lot exposing herself, they grew concerned due to the children’s activities that were going on nearby. The suspect was arrested without incident. Alexis Ann Rivers, 28, homeless, was arrested for indecent exposure and violation of a library suspension. Bail was set at $10,000.
