On March 19, at about 2:15 p.m.
Officers responded to a request to assist a Traffic Services Officers (TSO) at 4th Street and Santa Monica Blvd. The TSO reported seeing a subject exposing himself to passersby. An officer arrived and the TSO pointed out the suspect. Officer made contact with the suspect and placed him under arrest. A search of the suspect’s person revealed narcotics paraphernalia. The suspect also had four outstanding warrants for his arrest. Lesly Curl Brisco, 49, from Los Angeles was arrested for indecent exposure, possession of drug paraphernalia and warrants. Bail was set at $120,000.
