The Santa Monica Democratic Club will host new Santa Monica City Manager, Rick Cole, at the Aug. 26 meeting of the SM Democratic Club. Cole will share his insights from being Mayor of Pasadena and his experience with LA Mayor Garcetti on slow growth, traffic, resource protection, the new light rail line, water issues and tourism.
