SMPD Officers responded to the 800 block of 2nd St. regarding a suspicious subject seen in the area near the parking garage at the location. Upon arrival, Officers contacted an individual matching the description of the subject hiding inside the garage. The subject was in possession of several items which he stated he found in the garage after following a vehicle inside. The subject also stated he was aware that he was on private property and should not be there. The reporting party confirmed they were desirous of prosecution and Felix Luis Graciani was arrested for Trespassing.
