Council will meet on Tuesday night for what appears to be a very light agenda. Council will get an update on negotiations for the lease of Rusty’s Surf Ranch on the Pier, approve a contract with the County for lifeguard services on the local beach and a few discussion items.
In three separate items councilmembers Zwick, Davis and Torosis are asking for money to support libraries, Grad Nite and SMC. Councilmembers Brock and Negrete are asking for the establishment of a new Youth Commission and/or adding youth members to existing commissions.
Council will meet at 5:30pm in City Hall, 1685 Main Street.
