I don't understand why place signs with NO DOGS ALLOWED, if dogs are actually allowed. What is it, yes or no? Dogs at the beach, dogs at the children's playgrounds (I reside in front of Douglas Park), dogs at Farmer's Market and no one seems to enforce it. It's like these dog owners are special people with special privileges and God forbid you bring up to them. I thought laws were meant to obey. When will the City of Santa Monica take some action?
