Suicide investigation near the beach

On Wednesday Dec. 22 at about 5:30 a.m., SMPD officers responded to Neilson Way regarding a suicide. Officers discovered a deceased man on the ground outside the main lobby of a condo building. Officers learned the male jumped from a top floor unit. There were no signs of foul play, and on scene investigation reveal it was an apparent suicide.
