Officers observed a subject whom they knew to be on parole. Parole was contacted and officers were informed the subject was in violation of their parole conditions. The subject was taken into custody and as he was being seated in the police car, he spat on the officers. Jeremy Lee Sutliff, 44, homeless, was arrested for a parole violation and battery on a police officer. He was denied bail.
