On September 19, 2019 at 2:23 am, officers were called to the Lone Wolf Cigar Company located at 233 Broadway for a burglary. Two suspects smashed the window of the store, activating the alarm. They went inside, removed cartons of cigars and ran west, concealing the cartons under their sweaters. Officers were able to locate one of the suspects and arrested him without incident.
Michael Rex Kilmartin, 31, of Los Angeles, was arrested for burglary. His bail was set at $20,000.
