On Thursday, May 13 3:30 p.m.
Officers responded to a call regarding an Indecent Exposure at a school on the 1700 block of 21st St. Upon arrival, Officers spoke to the school’s security guard who relayed that a male who appeared to be transient, had exposed his penis and buttocks to him and to two teenage boys that were crossing the street. The Officers spotted the individual and began to pursue him. The suspect ran toward Bergamot station and Officers began to chase the suspect on foot. The Suspect resisted and eventually was detained with the help of two other officers. Raymond Paul Hayes was arrested for 314(1) PC- Indecent Exposure and 148(a) (1) PC- Resisting Arrest.
