Officers responded to a radio call of a Strongarm Robbery at Nekter Juice Bar on the 1400 block of 2nd St. Upon arrival, Officers contacted the victim who relayed that the suspect had been inside the store talking to herself and had proceeded to take several children’s books and magazines without paying. The victim followed the suspect out of the store asking her to pay for the items. The suspect then threw the items on the ground and pushed the victim onto the floor. Officers were able to locate the suspect and arrested Sandy Yesenia Salguero for 243(a) PC- Battery. Salguero was later cited and released per Covid19 guidelines.
