On Thursday, January 28th 12:17 p.m.
Two SMPD Officers were patrolling the 1800 block of Lincoln Blvd., when they spotted an individual writing on the glass of a business. The Officers pointed their dash camera toward the subject to capture the incident and activated their lights. The Suspect dropped the sharpies he was holding and sat on the curb. Officers noticed that two messages had been written on the glass: “911 is my favorite holiday” and “Reger is dead, you may say yes now.” William Ray Guthrie was arrested for a 594PC- Vandalism.
