On August 27 at midnight
While in route to another call, SMPD officers located a female near the 2000 block of Ocean Front Walk completely nude from the waist down. The individual ignored the officers instructions to stop and continued to walk away from them. The suspect was placed into custody for public nudity and transported to the Santa Monica Jail. While being searched at the jail, a clear glass pipe with a bulbous tip was found concealed under the suspect’s breast. She was booked for public nudity and possession of drug paraphernalia and ultimately issued a citation.
