On August 18 3:30 p.m.
Directed Action Response Team Officers were detaining a subject near 3rd St. and Arizona, when a subject known to frequently be intoxicated in public, approached them and questioned them on the person they were detaining. The officers advised the subject to not interfere with their investigation, however the subject persisted and attempted to make contact with the detained subject. Ultimately, Officers arrested Aurelio Martinez Armenta for public intoxication, obstruct/delay officers, and false ID to a police officer.
