On July 2 At about 2 p.m.
SMPD Officers received a radio call at a home in the 1000 block of 18th Street regarding a unknown male who broke inside the residence and was fighting with the resident. Officers arrived on scene and took suspect into custody without incident. Investigation revealed the male entered through the back door, confronted a female juvenile in her bedroom and began to disrobe. Her father came in and defended his daughter with a baseball bat before officers arrived and took the suspect, Fernando Eduardo Fiallos 36 year old male of Los Angeles, into custody. Fiallos was charged with one count of burglary.
