Officers responded to the 1400 block of Wilshire Blvd. regarding a battery. The victim relayed that he resides in a building directly behind a market and was upset by the use of a leafblower by the market staff on Sunday evenings. The victim proceeded to confront the employee about the leafblower and a verbal argument ensued. The employee is accused of hitting the victim with leafblower. Mostafa Ahmad Monfared was arrested for battery.
