Officers responded to a call about a Strongarm robbery at Vons on the 700 block of Broadway. Upon arrival, the victim (who was a manager at the location) had observed the subject attempting to leave the store with alcohol concealed in a wheelchair he was pushing. Upon realizing the doors were locked, the subject became upset and started to bang on the doors. Another manager approached and attempted to diffuse the situation, explaining he would let the subject out once he returned the items he was trying to steal. The subject complied and gave back the items, however once the doors were opened he push the two employees and ran off with the alcohol. Officers located and arrested Paul Jones Bobo for Robbery.
