Officers responded to Target on the 400 block of Broadway regarding a call about a battery. Upon arrival, an elderly victim relayed that the subject had shoved past him as he exited the store and then proceeded to kick him on his lower back. Officers located Seneca Bolak Kernahan and arrested him for Elder Abuse.
