Officers responded to Nordstrom on the 200 block of Broadway regarding a battery just occurred. Upon arrival, the victim relayed that a subject had walked up to her with no provocation and threatened to hit her. The subject then proceeded to grab two shoes from a nearby display and throw them at the victim, hitting her on the elbow and causing a small laceration. The victim was desirous of prosecution. Kwami Miles Brown was located nearby and arrested for Battery.
