Officers responded to the area of the 1200 block of 19th St. in the alley, regarding a suspicious person. Upon arrival, a neighbor pointed at an individual hiding behind a nearby wall and relayed that she had observed him walking back and forth from a park vehicle with items in his hands. Officers detained the subject and noticed shattered glass on the vehicle’s window. Officers contacted the vehicle owner who came out and identified missing items. Paul Almo Henley was arrested for Residential Burglary and was also found to be in possession of a firearm and drug paraphernalia.
