Officers arrived at the 1000 block of Pacific St regarding a Trespassing in progress. The owner of the home stated there was an empty detached apartment in the back, which he had boarded up and chain locked due to multiple squatters. That day, the owner noticed movement inside the apartment and contacted police. The officers conducted a search of the property and ultimately located two females inside. Upon searching the subjects, they were found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Nichole Anne Gerber was booked for trespassing, possession of a drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance. Additionally, Damaria Evans was booked for trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia.
