Officers responded to a business on the 2500 block of Main St regarding a Petty Theft. An individual reportedly walked into the store and removed money from the tip jar. A good Samaritan held the door shut from the outside, giving the store owner and his son the opportunity to hold the subject down until police arrived. Alexander Paxton Todd was arrested for Theft.
