On Tuesday, Feb. 1 at about 12:30 p.m.
Officers responded to a suicide call at a Downtown parking structure. Upon arrival, officers found a seriously injured man and despite lifesaving measures, the victim was pronounced dead by paramedics. Witnesses reported seeing the man loitering in the structure prior to jumping and no foul play is suspected.
